Sylvie is the friend of Dixie and Jenna. She appears to enjoy bits of gossip, telling Dixie all about how she heard from "a very reliable source" that Jenna was "running with Balto" or rather, she was seen with Balto in the boiler room, and "they went in together and they left together." She is speechless when Jenna does not deny that she was with Balto last night.
